Dominican Republic Net Salary Calculator
Dominican Republic · EmploymentCalculate your net salary in the Dominican Republic: deduct Family Health Insurance (3.04%), AFP pension (2.87%), and salary income tax (ISR) when it applies from your gross salary. Employer contributions aren't deducted from your salary.
How is it calculated?
Net salary = subject salary − SFS − AFP − ISR − other deductions. The worker's TSS is 3.04% for Family Health Insurance and 2.87% for pension (AFP), each on the contributable salary up to its cap in effect since February 1, 2026: 232,230 for health and 464,460 for pension. Salary ISR (DGII procedure): the contributable TSS amount is excluded from the monthly salary; the result is multiplied by 12, the 2026 annual scale is applied (exempt up to 416,220; 15% up to 624,329; 31,216 plus 20% up to 867,123; 79,776 plus 25% above that), and the annual tax is divided by 12. Law 30-26 modified the scale, but its new brackets apply starting in fiscal year 2027. Employer contributions (7.09% health, 7.10% pension, and occupational risk) are paid by the company and aren't deducted from your salary. The approximate biweekly net is half the monthly net. This is a rough estimate, not your official payroll record.
