Data controller

Numelto is a personal project run by Manuel, currently not registered as a self-employed activity or a company. For any question about this privacy policy or your data, you can write to pruebastecnicasawesome@gmail.com.

What data is collected

Numelto's calculators run entirely in your browser: the values you enter in a form are never sent to any server or stored in any database. There are no user accounts and no registration.

The only data collected is anonymized usage analytics (pages viewed, which tool was used, approximate country) via Google Analytics, and only if you accept cookies in the notice shown when you arrive. If you reject cookies or don't interact with the notice, no analytics script is loaded at all.

Cookies

Google Analytics (GA4) sets its own Google cookies to measure visits and site usage in aggregate. These cookies are only activated after your explicit consent.

In the future, Numelto may show ads through Google AdSense. If enabled, AdSense may set its own cookies (including third-party cookies for ad personalization), also subject to your consent and whatever privacy choices the cookie notice offers at that time.

You can change your cookie decision by clearing this site's cookies in your browser settings; the consent notice will appear again on your next visit.

Legal basis and recipients

The legal basis for using analytics cookies (and, if enabled, advertising cookies) is your explicit consent (GDPR art. 6.1.a).

Google Ireland Limited acts as data processor for Google Analytics and, if enabled in the future, for Google AdSense. Google may transfer this data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards set out in its standard contractual clauses. You can read Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to pruebastecnicasawesome@gmail.com. You can also withdraw your cookie consent at any time from your browser settings.

If you believe the processing of your data doesn't comply with applicable regulations, you have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es) — the competent authority for Numelto as an EU/Spain-operated service.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the site (for example, when real advertising is enabled). The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
