Remove Duplicate Rows from CSV & Excel
Upload a CSV or Excel file, choose which column or columns define a duplicate (email, phone, code...) and clean up your list: keep the first or last occurrence, remove all duplicates, or just review which rows repeat.
Exact duplicate row vs. duplicate by column
Removing rows that are identical across every column isn't the same as removing duplicates by email: two rows can share the same email but have a different name or phone (a customer who updated their name, say) and still be "the same duplicate" for a contact list. Choosing which columns define a duplicate is this tool's most important decision — every other column is kept as-is in the row that remains.
First occurrence vs. last occurrence
When there are several duplicate rows, "keep the first" keeps the row that appears earliest in the file; "keep the last" keeps the most recent one if your file is sorted chronologically (cumulative exports where the row further down is the latest update of that record, for example).
Several columns at once
You can select more than one column so a duplicate is defined by the combination of all of them (email + phone, for example): two rows only count as duplicates if they match on every selected column, not just any one of them.
