Add Watermark to PDF
Upload a PDF and add a text watermark — "CONFIDENTIAL", your name, or whatever you need.
What it does
Overlays semi-transparent text on a PDF's pages, diagonally, centered, or as a footer.
Presets
"Diagonal center" is the classic watermark (large, rotated 45°, semi-transparent). "Center" leaves it unrotated. "Footer" is small, more opaque text at the bottom of the page — useful for credits or brief notices.
Privacy
Text is added with pdf-lib, running in your browser. The document is never uploaded to Numelto.
A watermark isn't protection
A text watermark signals the document's nature, but it doesn't prevent copying or editing it. To reduce the result's size, use compress PDF; to number the pages, use add page numbers.
Applying the watermark to only a page range
You don't have to mark the whole document: you can limit the watermark to a specific page range, for example if you only want to protect the attachments and not the cover page of a contract.
