Argentina Net Salary Calculator
Argentina · EmploymentCalculate how much you take home in Argentina: go from gross salary to net by subtracting pension, health plan, PAMI, and, if applicable, income tax (Ganancias). Uses the month's taxable bases and ARCA's deductions for July to December 2026. This is an estimate, not an official payslip.
How is it calculated?
Net salary = gross salary − pension (11%) − health plan (3%) − PAMI/INSSJP (3%) − income tax (Ganancias) − other deductions. Contributions are calculated on your compensation, capped between the month's minimum and maximum taxable base (September 2026: 144,363.55 and 4,691,748.47; October 2026: 146,759.98 and 4,769,631.49). Income tax is estimated with the same engine as the income tax on salary calculator (ARCA's scale and deductions for July to December 2026, assuming the same salary every month); you can leave it automatic, skip it, or enter your payslip's amount. It doesn't include union dues, insurance, loans, advances, garnishments, or collective-agreement items: add them under "Other deductions". Biweekly net is half the monthly figure, without accounting for how your employer splits payments.
