Argentina Payroll Contributions Calculator
Argentina · TaxesCalculate how much is deducted from your paycheck in Argentina for contributions: pension (11%), health plan/obra social (3%), and PAMI/INSSJP (3%), with the month's minimum and maximum taxable bases. This is the usual 17%, before income tax (Ganancias), union dues, or other items.
How is it calculated?
The general personal contributions of an employee are: 11% to SIPA (pension), 3% to the obra social (health plan), and 3% to INSSJP (PAMI), that is, 17% of taxable compensation. That compensation is capped between the minimum and maximum taxable base ANSES sets for each month: if you earn more than the maximum, contributions are only calculated on the cap. Current bases: September 2026, minimum 144,363.55 and maximum 4,691,748.47; from October 1, 2026, minimum 146,759.98 and maximum 4,769,631.49. Additional contributions for dependents on your health plan and other items (union dues, insurance) depend on your case: you can add them with the optional fields. It doesn't include income tax (Ganancias).
