How is it calculated?
The final settlement adds: (1) salary for the days worked in the last month, at salary ÷ 30 per day; (2) the prorated SAC for the current semester (Art. 123 LCT): 50% of the semester's best compensation × days worked in the semester ÷ days in the semester; (3) prorated unused vacation (Art. 156): vacation days for the year based on your seniority × days worked in the year ÷ 365, minus days already taken, each at salary ÷ 25; and (4) other items you want to add. It doesn't include compensation for dismissal without cause (Art. 245), notice pay, or the dismissal month's integration: those depend on the reason for termination. This is a gross amount: contributions are deducted on the payslip. It assumes a fixed monthly salary.
