SVG safety
An SVG can include code (like <script> tags or event handlers), just like an HTML file. Before showing the preview, the SVG is stripped of any executable content with DOMPurify — nothing the file contains is ever executed.
Privacy
Conversion happens with <canvas>, the browser's native API. Your SVG is never uploaded to Numelto.
PNG size and background
An SVG has no fixed size: choose the PNG's width and height based on where you'll use it (a larger PNG stays sharp when scaled up). You can export with a transparent or solid-color background. For the reverse process, use image to SVG, and to adjust the file size, compress image.
