Sign PDF Online
Draw your signature or type it, place it on whichever page you choose of a PDF, and download the signed document — all in your browser.
What kind of signature this is
This tool adds an image of your signature (drawn or typed) onto the PDF, visually — it's the equivalent of signing on paper and scanning it, without the paper or scanner. It isn't a qualified electronic signature certified with enhanced legal validity (like those regulated by the eIDAS Regulation in the EU).
When a visual signature is enough
For most informal documents (confirming you've read something, signing an internal form, filling out a template) it's perfectly valid. For contracts with enhanced legal validity, notarized documents, or any case where the law requires a qualified electronic signature, you need a specific certified provider, not this tool.
Privacy
The PDF and your signature are processed entirely in your browser. They're never uploaded to Numelto or to any external service.
