Peru Vacation Calculator
Peru · EmploymentCalculate your vacation in Peru: days accrued (30 per full year), pending, expired, and prorated vacation, and optionally the vacation indemnity. Useful to know what you're owed if you didn't take them or if your employment ends.
How is it calculated?
30 vacation days accrue for each full year of service; an incomplete period generates prorated vacation at a rate of 1/12 of compensation per full month and 1/360 per day (requires at least one month of service). Pending days = accrued days − days taken. Expired vacation (from full years not taken) is paid at compensation ÷ 30 per pending day. If you didn't take it within the following year, the law also provides for a vacation indemnity of one additional compensation per expired period, which here is optional and must be turned on. This calculation applies to the general private labor regime (microenterprises and small businesses get 15 days). This is a rough estimate, not an official calculation.
Examples

How many vacation days you're owed
Under the general private labor regime you're owed 30 calendar days for each full year of service. Microenterprises and small businesses get 15 days.
