Colombia Vacation Calculator
Colombia · EmploymentCalculate how many vacation days you've accrued and how much money they represent, based on your salary and time worked. Useful for estimating prorated vacation and the days you haven't taken yet.
How is it calculated?
You're entitled to 15 business days of vacation per year of service (360 days). Accrued days are days worked × 15 ÷ 360. To pay them out in cash, the value is monthly salary × days worked ÷ 720, minus the days you've already taken (each pending day is paid at salary ÷ 30). The base is the salary only: the transportation allowance isn't included in vacation. Days are counted on a 360-day basis, with 30-day months.
