What converts well
Headings, paragraphs, bold, italics, links, images, ordered and unordered lists, quotes (blockquote) and code blocks convert reliably to their Markdown equivalent.
Known limitation: tables
HTML tables don't convert to Markdown's pipe-based table syntax: the conversion engine used here doesn't support it natively, so table content is kept as plain text, without the column structure. If your HTML has important tables, review and adjust that part by hand after converting.
