Argentina VAT Calculator
Argentina · TaxesCalculate VAT in Argentina: add VAT to a price excluding tax or extract VAT from a final price. The general rate is 21%, but some transactions have different treatments (10.5%, 27%, exempt, or others).
How is it calculated?
To add VAT to a net price: total = net × (1 + rate ÷ 100). To extract VAT from a final price: net = total ÷ (1 + rate ÷ 100), and VAT = total − net. The general rate is 21%. There's also a reduced 10.5% rate and a differential 27% rate for specific transactions, plus exempt transactions or other special treatments: they don't apply universally, so choose the one that fits your transaction or enter a custom rate. Results are rounded to two decimals.
